ORDINANCE NO. ,f1/ AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LANDS AND TERRITORY TO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF McCALL; PROVIDING BENEFITS, RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF SUCH ANNEXED TERRITORY; AMENDING THE MAP OF ZONING AND THE MAP OF THE McCALL AREA OF CITY IMPACT; CLASS- IFYING SUCH LANDS UNDER THE ZONING ORDINANCE; ; PRO- VIDING THAT ADDITIONAL MAPS OF SUCH ANNEXED AREAS BE PREPARED AND FILED WITH THE CITY CLERK; REQUIRING TWO COPIES OF ::"SIS ORDINANCE AND ADDITIONAL MAPS TO BE FILED WITH THE COUNTY ASSESSOR AND COUNTY RECORDER OF VALLEY COUNTY, STATE OF = DAHO, AND WITH THE STATE TAX COMMISSION OF IDAHO; AND PROVIDING AT EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO: Section 1. That tie following described lands and territory located in Valley County, Idaho, which lands and territory are adjacent or contiguous to the City of McCall and have been by the owners thereof requested to be annexed • to the City of McCall, be and the same are hereby annexed to the corporate territorial limits of the City of McCall, Idaho, to -wit: TRACT l: -7 Subdivided Lot 10 of Block 1, Section 8, T. 18 N., R. 3 E., B.M., according to the Recorder's Plat thereof on file and of recon: in the office of the Recorder of Valley County, Idaho. TRACT 2: SW;NWa, Section 10, T. 18 N., R. 3 E., B.M. Section 2. That from an after the effective date of this Ordinance all property included within and described in Section 1 hereof, and annexed as provided by said section, shall be subject to all the statutes pertaining to the City of McCall and all ordinances, resolutions, police regulations, taxation and other rowers of the City of McCall, and all persons and property within said lands and territory so annexed shall be and are entitled to all benefits and rights as are the persons and property within the present corporate territorial limits of the City of McCall. 3�y Section 3. That the lands above described are hereby classified under the McCall Zoning Ordinance as follows: Tract 1: Zone "B" Residence Zone. Tract 2: Tract 2 is classified as Zone "G" Agricultural District, save and except that certain parcels thereof, herein- after described and numbered to correspond to the additional maps thereof as required by Sections 6 and 7 of this ordinance, are classified as follows: Parcel 7, Zone "B" Residence Zone, to -wit: Lot 1, Block 5, Timberlost V, according to the official plat there- of on file in the Valley County Recorder's Office, Cascade, Idaho, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northw»st corner of Lot 1, Block 5, Timberlost V, according to the offica1 plat thereof on file in the Valley County Recorder's Office, Cascade, Idaho, thence S.0°01'40"W., 589.83 feet to a steel p: -n; thence 5.89°56'10"E., 96.84 feet to a steel pin; thence N.20°17'i:., 387.25' feet to, a steel pin; thence N.34°26'E., 274.34 feet to a steel pin; thence N.89°56'10"W., 385.92 feet to the point of beginning. That the Map of Zoning of the City of McCall, described in Section 3-2-1 of the Village Code of McCall, Idaho, be and the same is hereby amended to include the lands above described in Section 1 hereof as classified in Section 3 hereof. Section 5. That the map described in Section 3-16-4 of the Village Code of McCall, Idaho, entitled the map of McCall Area of City Impact, be and the same is hereby amended to show the lands described in Section 1 hereof as classified in Section 3 hereof. Section 6. That the City Engineer of McCall, his agent or such person as appointed by the Council, is hereby directed to amend the 1'.ap of Zoning and the Map of McCall Area of City Impact and to lodge and file with the City Clerk of McCall with- in ten (10) days after t'^e passage and approval hereof, addi- tional maps prepared in draftsmanlike manner which shall plainly and'clearly designate the boundaries of the lands and territory annexed, pursuant to the provisions of Section 1 hereof as classified pursuant to the provision of Section 3 hereof. Section 7. That the City Clerk of McCall is hereby directed to file within 'ten (10) days after the passage and approval hereof a copy of this Ordinance and the additional maps, as prepared and lodged with him by the City Engineer in accordance with Secticn 6 above, with the County Assessor and County Recorder of Valley County, _Idaho, and the State Tax Commission of Idaho arovided by Section 63-2215, Idaho Code, and Section 50-223, Idaho Code.
