ORDINANCE NO. 2010-0-023 ADOPTED September 28, 2010
AN ORDINANCE: AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
LICENSE AGREEMENT AND CASH BOND AGREEMENT
DATED OCTOBER, 2010, BETWEEN THE TOWN OF
LEESBURG AND AT&T.
WHEREAS, AT&T requested a License Agreement and Cash Bond Agreement
dated October, 2010, in order to install fiber communication lines along the a portion of the
Town's streets and right of ways; and
WHEREAS, the Town Attorney and the Dvector of Public Works have negotiated
and reviewed said Agreements, and the teens contained in said License Agreement and
Cash Bond Agreement aze reasonable and equitable and will benefit the Town and the
citizens of Leesburg; and
WHEREAS, the Town Attomey approves of a License Agreement and Cash Bond
Agreement between [he Town of Leesburg and AT&T.
THEREFORE, ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in V irginia
that the Town Manager shall execute the License Agreement and Cash Bond Agreement
with AT&T dated October, 2010.
