Motion to authorize the Mayor to execute a standard space lease agreement granting
the exclusive right and privilege to lease a 1,026 square-foot office space owned by the
Town of Leesburg and located at 1001 Sycolin Road, SE, Suite 1B in the Stanley
Caulkins Terminal Building at the Leesburg Executive Airport, Leesburg, Virginia
and prescribing the terms and conditions and restrictions pertaining to such grant to
Aero Elite Inc.
