Motion to approve Amending Town Code Chapter 24 (Offenses and Miscellaneous
Provisions), Article V (Offenses against Public Peace and Order), Division 1 (Generally)
Section 24-182 (Declaration of Policy) with the amendment that after two infractions in a
12-month period will result in the loss of the permit for six months and the addition of the
sentence in subsection seven, “The Town Manager shall not issue two event permits for
the same day for a single location."
