The Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia hereby

streets prohibited)
(a) No person shall park any commercial vehicle, fora period of time in excess of 4
hours except while loading or unloading or while involved in construction work or while
performing services such as repair and /or installation of equipment, within or along any
town street where the land abutting the street is classified as a residential district under
the town's zoning ordinance. For purposes of this section, a commercial vehicle is any
vehicle with a gross vehicle weight exceeding 10,009 12,000 pounds. The 4 hour time

SECTION III. All prior ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION IV Severability. If a court of competent jurisdiction declares any provision
of this ordinance invalid, the decision shall not affect the validity', of the ordinance as a whole or
any remaining provisions of the Leesburg Town Code.
SECTION V. This ordinance shall be effective upon its adoption.
