Motion to approve Establishing Due Dates, Penalties, and Interest for Meals Tax
(Town Code, Chapter 20, Article V) and Transient Occupancy Tax (Town Code
Chapter 20, Article VI) for the First and Second Quarters of Calendar Year 2020 in
Response to the COVID-19 Emergency with the 10% discount changed back to 5%.
Extending the Due Date for Payment of Personal Property Taxes and Business,
Professional and Occupational License (BPOL) Taxes for Good Cause in response to
the COVID-19 Emergency.
(Note: There were two motions labeled 2020-107 in the approved minutes. This
motion has been numbered 107A to keep it in sequence.)
