Request for One Day Liquor Licenses - The Brewster Inn (d/b/a Woodshed) is requesting a one day liquor license for Saturday August 9 for their parking lot for the Brew Run. This is allowed by ABCC as long as the alcohol is stored and poured only in the parking lot, as they are considered two separate entities. ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION We recommend the Board vote to approve this request and waive the $35.00 fee. 2. Request for One Day Entertainment License - Judith Rhome, of 434 Red Top Rd, is requesting a one day entertainment license for Saturday, August 2nd from 7:00pm - 11:00pm for a neighborhood party. There will be a band, Steve Morgan and the Kingfish, which will be amplified, but will be indoors. As this is a neighborhood party, the neighbors/abutters have been notified. The cost of the license is $35.00. ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION We recommend the Board vote to approve this request. 3. Thank You Letter - After 11 years of working with the Natural Resources/Conservation Department, Frank Borek is resigning as shellfish warden. He will continue on as alewife warden. Administration has drafted a thank you letter for Frank. ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION We recommend the Board vote to approve the request and sign the letter. 4. Request for Waiver of Fees - The Brewster Whitecaps is requesting a waiver of building permit fees for structural repairs that were done on the scorer's building and for electrical wiring from the third base side of the field to the new storage shed at the Whitecaps field. The Building Commission has reviewed and approved the request for the waiver of the $75.00 permit fee for the structural repairs for McPhee 8s Associates and the $100.00 electrical permit fee for KC Electrical Services. He does not support waiving any inspection fees. ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION We recommend the Board vote to approve this request. 5. One Day Entertainment License - Peter 8s Susan Wile, of 248 Long Pond Rd, are requesting a one day entertainment license on Saturday, August 2 from 4pm - 7pm for a wedding reception. The entertainment is steel drums and will be performed outdoors. The neighbors have been notified. The cost of the license is $35.00 ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION We recommend the Board vote to approve this request.
