APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE 2013 WATER PRESSURE
UPGRADES PROJECT FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, UPON REVIEW OF THE BIDS
AND RECOMMENDATION BY THE PROJECT ENGINEER
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Tiffin has received bids for the 2013 Water
Pressure Upgrades Project; and
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin has identified Hagerty Earthworks LLC as having the lowest,
most responsible bid of $99,638.30; and
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin desires to expedite the contractual process; now
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tiffin to authorize the
Mayor and City Clerk to sign all necessary notices, documents, and forms of contract, as
required and necessary to execute a contract with Hagerty Earthworks LLC as identified and
recommended by the Project Engineer.
