Subject: 17 llth Place - A/C Stand
Lisa,
Good evening, this message is in regards to adding to our scope of work that was detailed in the original permit. As we
discussed in person, prior to doing the work, we had to replace the existing A/C unit with a new one. The new NC unit is
located in the same location as the previously existing unit, outside and on the rear of the home. We built a stand that is
2ft tall off the concrete, has thru-bolts in the corners, metal joist hangers, and is anchored to the concrete using simpson
concrete post anchors. The total cost of the additional work was $2,500.
We will be finishing up the job by the beginning of this coming week, and will be contacting you upon completion so that
we may take the necessary steps in order for the homeowner to begin moving back into their home.
