On 10/19/2020, the Watertown Environment and Energy
Efficiency Committee (WE3C) voted unanimously in support of Town
Council recommending to the Commonwealth the establishment of a net
zero stretch energy code as an appendix to the state building code. A
letter to Town Council written by Watertown Faces Climate Change was
reviewed and joined by WE3C with the support of the Town Energy
Manager, Edward Lewis, CEM.
