Upon the reconciliation of reimbursement requests it was discovered that a scrivener's error was
identified that did not result in an improper payment. This is in reference to two expense
classifications in the PPR # 3 for the reimbursement to the City of Tybee Island. This
misclassification was in the 4th Quarter report for 2020 for the home located at 137 Lewis Ave. The
two line items that were misclassified as construction but should have been classified as
engineering/permitting were $840.00 and $760.00 respectively, totalling $1,600.00 of eligible costs.
After discussing this with the GEMA Risk Reduction Specialist and at his direction to provide this
memo, please update your records accordingly.
