HomeMy Public PortalAbout3013-1975 - APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR DEFRAYING EXPENSES OF PARK AND RECREATION DEPARTMENTPrescribed by State"Board of Accounts City Budget Form No. 4 ORDINANCE NO. 3013-1975 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF PARK AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1,1976,:AND^ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1976, INCLUSIVE, AND FIXING THE TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT. SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAI14ED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that for the purpose of having funds with which to operate the Park and Recreation Department of the City of Richmond, Indiana, for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1976, and ending December 31, 1976, inclusive, that there be and there is hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the funds herein named and for the pur- pose and/or purposes herein specified, the following amounts, subject to all laws governing the same, such sums herein appropriated shall be held to include all ex- penditures authorized to be made during the year of 1976, unless otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by law. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1976, and ending December 31, 1976, inclusive, that there be and there is hereby appropriated out of the Park Fund of the City of Richmond, Indiana, the following: RICHMOND PARK AND RECREATION OPERATING BUDGET 1.
