ORDINANCE NO. 3014-1975
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES
OF THE REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT BOND FUND 1ST ISSUE OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND,
INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 1976, AND ENDING DECEMBER
31, 1976, INCLUSIVE, AND FIXING THE TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, Wayne County, that for the purpose of having funds to defray the
expenses of the Redevelopment District Bond Fund lst Issue of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, for the fiscal year commencing January 1, 1976, and ending
December 31, 1976, inclusive, that there by and there is hereby appropriated
and set apart out of funds therein named and for the purpose herein specified,
subject to all laws governing the same, the amount hereinafter named. Such
sums herein appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures, authorized
to be made during the period herein specified unless otherwise expressly
stipulated and provided by law.
SECTION 2. That for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1976, and ending
December 31, 1976, inclusive, there is hereby appropriated out of the Rede-
velopment Sinking Fund, the sum of:
$ 125,450.00
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage
by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, signature of the President
of Common Council affixed, submission to and approval by the Mayor of the
City of Richmond, Indiana, publication as required by law and approval of all
Statutory Boards as required by the laws of the State of Indiana.
