This is to confirm that at the Public Hearing that was held
by the Town Commission, sitting as the Board of Adjustment,
on this date, your application for a Special Exception and a
Level 3 Architectural /Site Plan Review to permit the replacement
and enlargement of an existing screen enclosure that will extend
the non - conforming wall of the existing dwelling,which encroaches
approximately 4 feet into the required 15 foot east side setback,
was considered.
Approval of the Special Exception and Level 3 Architectrual /Site
Plan Review was granted as requested based on the documents and
drawings that were presented.
If a building permit incorporating the aforementioned improvements
is not obtained and construction commenced by February 14, 1998,
the Special Exception approval and the Level 3 Architectural /Site
Plan Review approval shall expire.
