RESOLUTION NO. 64 -394
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY REQUESTING THE STATE BOARD OF
EQUALIZATION TO PERMIT THE TAX COLLECTOR CF
TEMPLE CITY TO EXAMINE CERTAIN SALES AND USE
TAX RECORDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The State Board of Equalization is requested to
permit the City Treasurer or City Manager of the City of Temple
City, who are ex officio tax collectors of the City of Temple
City, or any duly authorized deputy or officers of said City
to examine all of the sales and use tax records of said Board
pertaining to sales and use taxes collected for the City of
Temple City by said Board pursuant to contract entered into
between them under the Bradley -Burns Uniform Local Sales and
Use Tax Law.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 24th day of August, 1964.
