Re: Violation of the KBAC Adult and Participant Conduct Policy
Dear Mr. Thompson:
Please consider this a formal complaint against you for violation of the above Conduct
Policy and for conduct unbecoming the President of the KBAC.
Specifically, the Conduct Policy forbids "attempts to intimidate", per Section 1.
Paragraph 1. Article b.
I believe that there is sufficient evidence to support a claim that you systematically
attempted to intimidate Mr. Mike Bain by meeting with his superiors and asking that he
be removed from his duties. This, according to Mr. Bain, contributed to his untimely
resignation after almost 14 years of meritorious service.
Therefore, per procedures set forth in the Conduct Policy, I trust that "a Disciplinary
Board shall be created" for a "disciplinary hearing."
Furthermore, this "Disciplinary Board" will perform "in a fact finding capacity taking
testimony from participants and witnesses in order to develop an understanding of the
facts", once again as set forth in the Conduct Policy.
