It is my understanding that Form 990 for tax year 2000 for the period beginning June 1, 2000 and ending May 31, 2001, will also be forwarded to us within a reasonable period of time. In my opinion, and in the opinion of legal counsel, the Key Bisca , ne Athletic Club, Inc. has complied with the requirement of their contract with the Village requesting that they provide an audit of the funds provided to the Club. We interpret the contract requirement for an "audit" to mean that the Athletic Club provide the Village with an annual accounting of Village funds. cpg cc: Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
