BREWSTER BOARD OF SELECTMEN
MEETING OF FEBRUARY 27, 2012
ACTION ITEMS
1. One Day Liquor License – The Brewster Sportsman’s Club is requesting a
one day liquor licenses for Saturday, March 3, 4pm – 10pm for a birthday party.
The cost of the license is $35.00
ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION
We recommend the Board vote to approve this request.
2. Use of Room w/ Fee Waiver – Brewster Chamber of Commerce- Brewster for
the Holidays Committee is requesting the use of meeting space from 5:30 to 6:30 on
the following dates 2/27, 3/12, 3/19, 4/2, 4/16, 4/30, 5/14. The maximum
number of people will be 12. Request to waive the fee.
ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION
We recommend the Board vote to approve this request.
3. Permission to Pass Through Town – Ragnar Events is once again asking
permission to pass through town for their annual Ragnar Relay Series, scheduled
for Saturday May 12th, 12:30AM- 12:00PM. Chief Koch has approved this event.
ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION
We recommend the Board vote to approve this request.
4. Conservation Restriction- Read Kingsbury Conservation Area (formerly,
Jackson Parcel)
