Thank you for responding to my record request made on January 16, 2015.

According to the Town's website the record at this link was created on 1/20/2015 8:50:13 AM. That is
four days after I made my first request. I appreciate you providing me with a record that did not apparently exist at the
time I made my request. I ask that you again provide me with records In the future that don't yet exist by copying me
with any additional items that may be provided to Town Commissioners prior to the Jan. 26, 2015 meeting regarding
any items that may be discussed at the meeting.
These additional records will enable me to speak Informatively and as I intend at the upcoming meeting.
