HomeMy Public PortalAboutPRR 15-1741From: Chris O'Hare [mailto:chrisoharegulfstream @gmail.com] Sent: Thursday, January 22, 2015 10:12 AM To: Bill Thrasher Subject: Fwd: Public Records Pick Up 2 -22 -14 a Dear Custodian of Records, I had previously asked you for public records and you notified me that these particular records were available to pick up and I thought I had picked them up. However, I have searched my files for these records and I can't seem to find my copy. I think it may be possible that in the confusion of the time I may have not picked them up. Please allow me to explain. I had arranged with you that I would come to Town Hall and pick up these records at the same time I was to be there to represent myself before the Town's Special Magistrate for my alleged violation of the Town's prohibition against displaying "objects d'art" at my home. I was engrossed in the effort to prepare my defense at the time and when the hearing was canceled by the Town at the last minute, I thought I had asked my attorney, Mr. Lou Roeder, to pick up the records for me since I would not be coming to Town hall for the hearing. I think now it is possible I may not have asked Mr. Roeder to pick the records up after all since I can't now find them. I respectfully ask that if you already released these records to me to let me know and I will keep looking in my files. If I have failed to pick up these records I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and ask that you let me know when it would be convenient for you to have me come by Town Hall and get them. These are the records I intended to pick up: agenda item IX.
