AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars
($170,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance, Construction, Improvement Fund of University
City, One Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars ($180,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance,
Construction, Improvement Fund of Maline Creek, Nine Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Dollars
($955,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance, Construction, Improvement Fund of Deer Creek,
and One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance,
Construction, Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for design in OMCI Stormwater
Infrastructure Improvement Design (2021) (13193) in the Cities of Brentwood, Frontenac,
Glendale, Ladue, Olivette, and Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri; and authorizing the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
to enter into Contract No. 22011 with HR Green, Inc. for design.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($170,000.00)
is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance, Construction, Improvement Fund of
University City, the sum of One Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars ($180,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance, Construction, Improvement Fund of Maline Creek,
the sum of Nine Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Dollars ($955,000.00) is hereby appropriated from
the Operation, Maintenance, Construction, Improvement Fund of Deer Creek, and the sum of One
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance, Construction, Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for design in OMCI
Stormwater Infrastructure Improvement Design (2021) (13193) in the Cities of Brentwood,
Frontenac, Glendale, Ladue, Olivette, and Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 22011
with HR Green, Inc. for design in OMCI Stormwater Infrastructure Improvement Design (2021)
(13193) in the Cities of Brentwood, Frontenac, Glendale, Ladue, Olivette, and Unincorporated St.
Louis County, Missouri; and said contract shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions
as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
