AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars
($175,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance, Construction, Improvement Fund of University
City, Three Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Dollars ($385,000.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance, Construction, Improvement Fund of Deer Creek, and One Hundred Forty Thousand
Dollars ($140,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance, Construction, Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to be used for design in OMCI Stormwater Streambank Stabilization Design
(2021) (13189) in the Cities of Creve Coeur, Des Peres, Overland, and St. Ann, Missouri; and
authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 22012 with Intuition & Logic Engineering, Inc.
for design.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars
($175,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance, Construction,
Improvement Fund of University City, the sum of Three Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Dollars
($385,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance, Construction,
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek, and the sum of One Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars
($140,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance, Construction,
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for design in OMCI Stormwater Streambank
Stabilization Design (2021) (13189) in the Cities of Creve Coeur, Des Peres, Overland, and St.
Ann, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 22012
with Intuition & Logic Engineering, Inc. for design in OMCI Stormwater Streambank Stabilization
Design (2021) (13189) in the Cities of Creve Coeur, Des Peres, Overland, and St. Ann, Missouri;
and said contract shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the
Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on February 11, 2021.
