AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a Contract with Stantec
Consulting Services Inc. for professional services – Rate Commission support in Infiltration &
Inflow Cost Allocation Services (13422) throughout The Metropolitan Sewer District Service
Area.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a Contract with
Stantec Consulting Services Inc. for professional services – Rate Commission support in
Infiltration & Inflow Cost Allocation Services (13422) throughout The Metropolitan Sewer
District Service Area; and said contract shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as
are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on February 11, 2021.
