AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Four Million Six
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($4,600,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for
wastewater treatment plant construction in Bissell Point WWTF Main Substation Switchgear and
MCC Replacement (12494) in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15335, adopted January 9, 2020, appropriated the
initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 21847; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Million Six Hundred Thousand Dollars
($4,600,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for
wastewater treatment plant construction in Bissell Point WWTF Main Substation Switchgear and
MCC Replacement (12494) in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on February 11, 2021.
