WHEREAS, the adoption of Resolution No. 3638 will exercise option year four (4)
of the contract previously authorized by Ordinance No. 14596, adopted January 12, 2017, which
authorized the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP, whereby
CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP would provide an independent audit of the accounting records of the
District.
WHEREAS, said contract provided for an initial term of one (1) year with four
(4) additional one-year renewal terms at the option of the District, and
WHEREAS, The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District desires to exercise its
fourth (4th) of four (4) option years to renew said contract for an additional one-year term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT THAT, the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
to exercise the District's option to renew for the fourth one-year renewal term of the contract with
CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP whereby CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP would provide an independent audit
of all accounts and funds of the District and all Sub-districts, and said contract renewal shall be
comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General
Counsel of the District.
The Foregoing Resolution was adopted on February 11, 2021.
