RESOLUTION OF THE CCTY'COUWC'1LOF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY, CALIFORNIA, ORDER-
ING THE CITY ENGINEER TO.MAKE AND DELIVER
A DIAGRAM OF ACtUISITION:FORUAND OF PROP-
ERTY WITHIN VEHICLE ?AXING DISTRICT NO. 2
OF SAI D CITY
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 64-1331-its City Council fixed and
established the boundaries of Vehicle P'a'rki•ngDistrict No. 2, declared
Ithat said district has been duly formed.underrthe provisions of the
Vehicle Parking District Law of 1943 (Part "1 of Division 18 of the
Streets and Highways Code), and found 'that thepublic interest and
necessity require, and ordered, the acqu'isi+t.•icn of certain property,
all as more particularly described in said ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the amount required to be paid by the City for the
acquisition of all property ordered to be acquired by said ordinance
has been fixed by entry of interlocutory judgment in condemnation pro-
ceedings or by contract for the purchase of said property;
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Temple City,
California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That the City Engineer of said City be and he
is hereby ordered to make and deliver to the Superintendent of Streets
of said City a diagram of said acquisiton and of the property within
said Vehicle Parking District No 2 as finally established. Said
diagram shall show the land and any rights of way to be acquired and
also each separate lot or parcel of land within said district, the
dimensions of each such lot or parcel of land and its relative loca-
tion to the proposed acquisition. Said diagram shall be delivered to
said Superintendent of Streets who shall endorse thereon the date of
such delivery.
II Section 2. That upon receiving said diagram said Superinten-
dent of Streets shall proceed as provided in said Vehicle Parking Dis-
trict Law of 1943.
