1. Noyes Plumbing - Request for refund on flexi-
core wire rope.
V. New Business:
1. Ann Carter - Request to have Children's
Parade on July 20th 1985 for the Moab Stake
Primary.
Max Irish - Request to have a July 24th
1985 Parade.
2. Upgrading of the Moab Swim Center filter
room and chlorination room.
3. Request for public hearings:
A. To consider raising water & sewer rates
and gross business licenses on July 16, 1985.
B. To address raising license fees on: beer,
flat and animal on August 20th 1985.
C. On Ordinance 85-05: which would amend Ordin-
Public Hearing on 8/16/85 ance 07-81; which is the fireworks ordinance.
4. John Fogg - request to amend his bid on William's
Way fence. He also would like some discussion on
the Rotary Park maintenance.
5. Request permission of the Council to turn the authority
of Animal Control over to the Sheriff upon acceptance
by the County Commissioners and the Sheriff.
6. To transfer excess funds in the amount of approximately
$30,000 from the Special Improvement District over to
the General fund.
7. Resolution 07-85: Establishing the mill levy for
Fiscal Year 1985/1986.
8. Computer discussion and consideration.
VI. Pay bills against the City of Moab.
VII. Any other citizens request to be heard.
VIII. Adjournment.
