A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5 -2007, FIXING THE NUMBER
AND COMPENSATION OF EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, Richmond Power and Light (RP &L) has previously adopted Resolution
No. 5 -2007, by which Resolution salaries were established for all RP &L
employees during the year 2006; and
WHEREAS, the above Resolution did not contain the job classification of "Corporate Services
Director" and "Energy Delivery Director "; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of RP &L to amend the above Resolution to allow for the job
classifications of "Corporate Services Director" and "Energy Delivery Director"
for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2007, and ending September 30, 2008,
which new positions the RP &L Board must approve.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Resolution No. 5 -2007 is hereby amended by
adding the following sections thereto:
1. The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light approves the new positions of
Corporate Service Director and Energy Delivery Director.
2. The following job titles and salary range shall be added to Schedule "A" of the said
resolution as indicated below:
Job Title Effective Date Salary Range
Corporate Service Director January 10, 2008 $88,200 to $98,000 per year
Energy Delivery Director January 10, 2008 $88,200 to $98,000 per year
3. Schedule A of said resolution shall be amended to reflect that the number of salaried
employees of RP &L is now 54.
THIS RESOLUTION IS ADOPTED THIS 7TH DAY OF JANUARY, 2008 by the Board of
Directors of Richmond Power & Light.
