PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION
WHEREAS, Block 86, lot 3.02, for property located at 11 Jackson Avenue, is assessed to
Butter, Baldev Singh, and
WHEREAS, the Tax Assessor placed upon this property in 2003 an omitted tax bill for the
2002 year in the amount of $4,906.68, and
WHEREAS, the Tax Assessor requests that this charge be removed due to this assessment
does not pertain to this property, and
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector is recommending that the 2002 taxes appearing on the 2003
tax rolls be cancelled accordingly.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret, County of Middlesex, New Jersey, that the Tax Collector cancel taxes as follows:
