AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401, (MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC), SCHEDULE (U), (SCHOOL BUS
LOADING ZONES, SCHOOL ZONES, PARKING LOTS, ETC.), SUBPARAGRAPH (A),
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, PERTAINING TO A PORTION OF
LAFAYETTE STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule U, (School Bus
Loading Zones, School Zones, Parking Lots, etc.), Subparagraph (a), of the Code of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the addition of a portion of Lafayette
Street, as follows:
JEFFERSON CITY HIGH SCHOOL
Lafayette Street: The west half thereof, north and within 375 feet of the north curb line of Union
Stbetween 7:00 A.M.. and 4:00 P.M..on anythy the school is attended by students.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
