AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING
RIGHT-OF-WAY FROM THE STONERIDGE TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Council accepts the dedication of property specifically described
on Exhibit A, attached herewith, from the Stone Ridge Transportation Development
District and generally described as Stoneridge Parkway right-of-way and Hard Rock
Drive right-of-way on the plat of Stoneridge Village Section Three, in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, per plat of record in Plat Book 12, Page 764.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.

DEDICATION DEED
This Indenture is made on the oZ 5�day of J u n c ,2015,by and between Stone Ridge
Transportation Development District,a duly organized and existing transportation development district pursuant to the
provisions of Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri,of the County of Cole,in the State of Missouri,Grantor,
and the City of Jefferson,Missouri,a municipal corporation(Grantee's mailing address:320 E.McCarty Street,Jefferson
City,MO 65101),of the County of Cole, in the State of Missouri,Grantee;
WITNESSETH,That the said Grantor,for valuable consideration,receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,does
by these presents,SELL,TRANSFER AND CONVEY unto the said Grantee the following described parcel of land lying
and being situate in the County of Cole,State of Missouri,to wit:
All of that property shown as Stoneridge Parkway right of way and Hard Rock Drive right of way on the plat of
Stoneridge Village-Section Three,in the City of Jefferson,Missouri,per plat of record in Plat Book 12,Page 764,Cole County
Recorder's Office, together with all improvements thereon and therein, including but not limited to street, curb, gutter,
underground sprinkler system,street lights,and median islands.
Subject to Grantor's retained right to install and maintain an approximate six foot chain link fence along the westerly
and southerly three feet of the above described rights of way,said fence to be approximately located as shown in red on attached
Exhibit A.Prior to installation of said fence,Grantor must submit plans therefor to Grantee for Grantee's prior approval.
Further subject to Grantor's right to connect,without charge,the underground sprinkler system's electric service to
Grantee's existing electric service. Prior to connecting said electric service,Grantor must submit plans therefor to Grantee for
Grantee's prior approval. Grantee shall be responsible for payment of the electric charges relating to the operation of said
underground sprinkler system.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises aforesaid as a public street with all and singular the rights,privileges,
appurtenances and immunities thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining,unto the said Grantee.
It is expressly understood and agreed that,as a condition for Grantee's acceptance of this Dedication Deed,
Grantor shall retain full responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the underground sprinkler system and
shall be responsible for payment of all water bills relating to said underground sprinkler system.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the said Grantor has hereunto set Grantor's hand by its duly authorized Executive
Director.
