RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PETITION FOR ANNEXATION OF FIVE (5) TRACTS OF
LAND COMPRISING APPROXIMATELY 103 ACRES AND SETTING A PUBUC HEARING
TO CONSIDER TIIE SAME.
WHEREAS, on March 6, 1998 the Town of Fraser received a petition for annexation offive (5)
tracts of land comprising approximately 103 acres;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIIE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN
OF FRASER, COLORADO:
1. That annexation proceedings be initiated upon a Petition for Annexation of the
following described territory to the Town, which petition appears to be in substantial
compliance with the applicable provisions of Chapter 31, Article 12, Colorado Revised
Statutes.
