AMENDING RESOLUTION #04-10 APPOINTING MUNICIPAL JUDGE
WHEREAS, on January 1, 2004, pursuant to Resolution#04-10, the Mayor, with
the advice and consent of the Borough Council appointed Alan Comba to the
position of Municipal Court Judge effective January I, 2004 with said term to
expire3 on December 31, 2004; and
WItEREAS, the Governing body has been advised that the correct term of
appointment for said position should have reflected and effective date of March 6,
2004' with said term to expire on March 5, 2007.
Adopted this 11 th day of March, 2004 and
certified as a tree copy of the original on
March 12,~004.
