AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BID FOR THE HILL DISTRICT
STORMVCATER MANAGEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Borough of' Carteret ("Borough") wishes to seek bids for the
construction of` the Hill District Stormwater Management Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of` the
Borough of` Carteret that the Borough Engineer and the Borough's Purchasing
Agent hereby authorized to prepare bid specifications and advertise for received
bids for the construction of` the Hill District Stormwater Management Project.
Adopted this 11th day of March, 2004 and
certified as a tree copy of the 0rig~nal on
