A RESOLUTION:
RE RELEASE OF PERFORMANCE BOND ON LEESBURG
ESTATES, SECTION 4 (Mensh).
WHEREAS, the developer, Sidney Z. Mensh, has installed
all of the improvements in Leesburg Estates, Section 4,
in accordance with Town of Leesburg Standards and Speci-
fications, and
WHEREAS, the developer, Sidney Z. Mensh, has requested of
the Town that the Performance Bond for the installation
of these improvements be released,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Performance Bond
in the amount of $40,000 for the installation of these im-
provements in the public right-of-way of Leesburg Estates,
Section 4, be released.
PASSED this 28th day of January, 1976.
