A RESOLUTION: RE USE OF VEPCO RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR BIKE PATH.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Manager is hereby author-
ized to write a letter to VEPCO stating that the Town
is not at this time contemplating the use of the VEPCO
rig~-o~-way-~-~te~ld W. & O. D. right-of-way) for a
bike path due to existing obstructions on said right-
of-way.
