BE IT ORDAINED BY THE <DVERNlJ.IG HDY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS:
SECTION 1. On and after the 1st day of January, 1988 the
compensation to be paid to the Mayor and members of the City Council
for attendance at City Meetings shall be as follows:
A. REGULAR MEETINGS: The Mayor shall be compensated at
the rate of Sixty Dollars ($60.00) for each regular City Meeting he or
she attends.
Each member of the City Council shall be compensated at the
rate of Forty Dollars ($40.00) for each regular City Meeting he or she
attends.
B. SPECIAL MEETINGS: The Mayor and each member of the
City Council shall be compensated at the rate of Twenty Dollars
($20.00) for each Special Meeting called that he or she attends.
SECTION 2. All prior Ordinances inconsistent with the terms of
the Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3.. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
