A RESOLUTION:
ACCEPTING THE DEED OF DEDICATION BY TASTEE-FREEZ OF
LOUDOUN AND CLARKE, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
That the Deed of Dedication made the 9th day of February,
1976, by and between Tastee-Freez of Loudoun and Clarke, Inc. and
the Town of Leesburg is hereby accepted and the Mayor is authorized
to acknowledge the same on behalf of the Town.
PASSED this 25th day of February , 1976.
