ADOPTED February 25, 1976
A RESOLUTION:
DESIGNATING THE MANAGER TO REPRESENT THE
TOWN IN DEALINGS WITH THE U. S. EPA UNDER
PUBLIC LAW 92-500.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg,
Virginia, as follows;
That John Niccolls, Town Manager, is hereby designated
to represent the Town of Leesburg in dealings with the U~ited
States Environmental Protection Agency in matters related to
applications for Federal assistance under Public Law 92-500.
PASSED this 25th day of February , 1976.
