A xtiUZ;uTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO POST BALDWIN AVENUE BETWEEN
DAINES DRIVE AND LOWER AZUSA ROAD BETWEEN
DECEMBER 26, 1964, AND MARCH 11, 1965,
(SUNDAYS EXCEPTED) WITH CERTAIN NO PARKING
— TOW AWAY SIGNS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to post Baldwin Avenue between Daines Drive and Lower
Azusa Road in the City of Temple City with "No Parking" and "Tow
Away Zone" signs between December 26, 1964, and March 11, 1965,
with Sundays except from approximately 11:15 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
on the eaot side, at approximately 4:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on the
wont side.
SECTION 2. The City Council does specifically adopt this
resolution in accordance with the Traffic Code of the City of
Temple City (Adopted by Section 3301 of the Temple City Municipal
Code) and finds, pursuant to Section 3109 of the said Traffic Code
of the City of Temple City, that parking on Baldwin Avenue between
Daines Drive and Lower Azusa Road, except on Sundays, between
December 26, 1964 and March 11, 1965, constitutes a traffic hazard
and any vehicle parked during the prohibited days shall be removed
pursuant to Section 22652 of the Vehicle Code of the State of
California and other applicable laws.
