A RESOLUTION:
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A NEW POLICE PATROL
VEHICLE AND APPROPRIATING THE NECESSARY FUNDS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Leesburg,
Virginia, as follows:
SECTION I. That the manager is hereby authorized and directed
to enter into an agreement with the Commonwealth of Virginia,
Department of Purchases and Supply, for the purchase of one 1976
model Plymouth PK-41 Police Patrol vehicle at a cost not to exceed
$4,596.00.
SECTION II. That the following appropriation is made for the
Fiscal Year ending June 30, 1976:
$4,596.00 - Acct. #9010.803, Police Automotive Equipment.
PASSED this 10th day of March , 1976.
