A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN AGBWmm~ENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council for the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as
follows:
SECTION Z. That the Town ~nager is hereby authorized and directed to
enter into an agreement in a form approved by the Town Attorney with Peter Lueders,
Architect, P. O. Box ll~3, 157 South Catoctin Circle, Leesburg, Virginia- 22075
for architectural services described below at a cost not to exceed $20.00 per hou~
or $ 50o.oo.
SECTION II. The agreement authorized herein shall be for architectural
services necessary for the remodeling of existing municipal offices. The architect
shall provide schematic design phase services for both the existing building and
the proposed addition to the existing building toward Market Street. The architect
shall provide complete architectural services necessary for remodeling the existing
building inside and out along with site planning services required.
