A RESOLUTION:
EXTENDING PERFORMANCE BOND FOR LOUDOUN HILLS,
SECTION 2.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg,
Virginia, as follows:
That the Performance Bond #910519 for physical im-
provements in Loudoun Hills, Section 2, in the
amount of $165,000 be extended to March 24, 1977,
in accordance with letter received from Fredric L.
Spain, dated March 18, 1976.
