RESOLUTION NO. 76-57

A RESOLUTION:
ACCEPTING DEED OF EASEMENT FROM LOUDOUN COUNTY
SCHOOL BOARD.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Leesburg,
Virginia, as follows:
That the Deed of Easement made the 16th day of March,
1976 by and between the School Board of Loudoun County
and the Town of Leesburg for the construction and main-
tenance of a sanitary sewer line across the new Leesburg
Middle School property is hereby accepted, and the Mayor
is authorized to acknowledge the same on behalf of the
Town.
