A RESOLUTION:
GRANTING PERMISSION TO C. HERBERT PEARSON TO
ENCROACH ON TOWN RIGHT-OF-WAY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Leesburg,
Virginia, as follows:
That C. Herbert Pearson be and he is hereby granted per-
mission to encroach on the Town right-of-way in front
of 4 West Loudoun Street with a brick stoop 46" x 90"
similar to one at the other entrance to the same building.
