RESOLUTION NO. 76-62
ADOPTED April 14, 1976
A RESOLUTION:
ACCEPTING PROPOSAL OF MR. FRANK RAFLO FOR
PREPARATION OF BOOKLET, ON TOWN OF LEESBURG
IN CONNECTION WITH NATIONAL BICENTENNIAL.
WHEREAS, Mr. Frank Raflo has presented to the Town Council a
proposal to prepare a booklet telling the story of the Town of
Leesburg, and
WHEREAS, the Council is desirous of having such a booklet
available for sale in connection with the National Bicentennial,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town
of Leesburg, Virginia, as follows:
That the Council accepts Mr. Raflo's proposal of April 12,
1976 to produce 5,000 copies of such a booklet at a cost
of $4,500.00, to be delivered to the Town prior to July 4,
1976, and with the stipulation that all resource materials
taken from the Town Office shall be returned before final
payment is made.
