1. Requests of City Council to authorize advertising for
public hearings that the following items may be heard.
A. Cabaret License - 'POPULAR PLACE' to Lola Wright Mgr
B. Sale of a parcel of land contiguous to two parcel of
land which John Keogh has an interest in south of
the old city park.
C. Capilol Projects Fund.
2. Request Council premission/action for the following:
A. Use the street around the Little League Baseball
Fields for Bicycle Race - CANYON COUNTRY CYCLERY --
Joe Tejada
B. Parking of Trailer Home on lot after time laps to
do so in a non -conforming use zone- East on 3rd So.
east of Dos Amigo's Restaurant - Inga Van Dyke owner
C. Rebate of plumbers bill 480.00 - Danny Dunn for work
in line at his home on Park Drive which the plumber
informed him that the problem was that of the City.
D. Abate Water Bill - 1:62.81 of George Nay.
Broken water line 141 thousand gallons through meter
while prior years indicate 2 or 3 thousand gallons
are the normal usage.
E. Acknowledge filing of water application No a-10349
(05-101) January 9, 1985 prepared by Engineer John
Keogh and filed by Mayor Tom Stocks "Request for
filing proof from Feb. 28, 1985 to Feb. 28, 1989.
F. Gift from Duren Howard Shields and Lena Shields HRH
by Warranty Deed, a tract of land to be used as a
designated street to he known as 'Shields Lane• in
in Sec. 1; T 26 So.; R 21 E.; SLB&M. 60'in width
158.7' in length. 130' each side of the aboved desc-

G. Issue Class I Beer License - 'HITCH N POST' To
Margaret Ann Crain with the FBI Report having no
evidence which would violate the Present City
Ordinance to do so.
H. Permission requested to dump fill dirt in city
street that it may be used to fill behind a retainer
wall in the yard of Todd Peterson on Hillside Drive.
