RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT TO METRO PAVERS, INC FOR TRAILS :PHASE
FOUR PAY ESTIMATE #3
WHEREAS: City Council awarded Metro Pavers, Inc. the contract for the construction of
Trails Phase Four. Bid let by the Iowa Department of Transportation, STP—E-7662(609)-8V-
52.
WHEREAS: Metro Pavers, Inc. has now presented.�a partial payment for (38%) for the
amount of payment for $85,238.52.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY The City Council of'Tiffin,.lowa to authorize the Mayor
and the City Clerk to make payment on the Pay Estimate #3 and sign appropriate forms.

RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT TO METRO,PAVERS, INC FOR TRAILS PHASE
FOUR PAY ESTIMATE #3 was introduced by Councilperson Travis Weipert and made a motion
for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Chris Ball.

WHEREUPON with: -,three votes for approval, Mayor Phillips now declares Resolution 2011-60
