A RESOLUTION:
AUTHORIZING YOUNT, HYDE AND COMPANY TO CONDUCT
ANNUAL AUDIT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Leesburg,
Virginia, as follows:
That Yount, Hyde and Company, certified public accountants,
is hereby authorized to conduct the annual audit for the
Town of Leesburg at a cost not to exceed Five Thousand
Dollars ($5,000.00) unless the scope of the audit extends
beyond normal circumstances, and that twenty-five (25)
copies of the final report shall be delivered to the Town
by October 31, 1976.
