A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING IMPROVEMENTS AT TENNIS COURTS ON
CATOCTIN CIRCLE AND REQUESTING COMMITMENT FROM
COUNTY OF LOUDOUN FOR ONE-HALF OF SAID IMPROVE-
MENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Leesburg,
Virginia, as follows:
SECTION I. That the plan for improvements at the tennis courts
on Catoctin Circle presented by the Town Manager in a report dated
May 26, 1976 and calling for the Town and Loudoun County to share
the costs of up to $7,000 on an equal basis is hereby approved and
authorized.
SECTION II. That the Town Manager is hereby authorized to re-
quest the County of Loudoun to commit an amount of $3,500 towards
this project.
